Daniel Crowley

Founder & Director

Daniel Crowley is the co-founder of Black Water Property Investments Limited (BWPI), where he specializes in property development and home improvements. With a Bachelor of Honors in Construction Management, Daniel brings a strong educational foundation to his role. His career began in San Francisco, where he worked as a Project Manager and Estimator, gaining valuable experience in managing construction projects and estimating costs.
Daniel focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing Property portfolios, with an emphasis on enhancing properties through strategic home improvements. His entrepreneurial background has been instrumental in growing BWPI’s portfolio. Under his leadership, BWPI has become renowned for its innovative approach to property enhancement and development.
